SVC / 01 — The conversion of curiosity into a plan

Two weeks. One plan. Zero guesswork.

$2,500FLAT FEE · 2 WEEKS · NO SURPRISES100% CREDITED TOWARD YOUR FIRST BUILD

The AI Roadmap is two weeks inside your operation. We document your processes from the people who actually do them, find where the hours leak out, and hand you a prioritized plan with cost and payback math for every opportunity. It's the plan you could hand to any builder — including not us.

The engagement, day by day

What the two weeks actually look like.

No discovery theater. No 60-slide decks. Week one we learn your business; week two we do the math.

WEEK 1 — DISCOVERY
DAYS 1–3 · SHADOWING

We sit with the people who do the work — the dispatcher, the estimator, the office manager — and watch how a job actually moves from first call to paid invoice. Not how the org chart says it moves. How it moves.

DAYS 3–7 · INTERVIEWS

Short, structured conversations with each role. Where do you wait? What do you retype? What breaks every week? What do you fix quietly that nobody knows about? This is where the real process map comes from.

DAYS 5–10 · SYSTEM INVENTORY

Every tool you pay for, what it's actually used for, what data lives where, and which connections exist only in the form of a human being copying between screens.

WEEK 2 — ANALYSIS
DAYS 8–11 · RANKED OPPORTUNITIES

Every automation opportunity we found, scored on three axes: hours saved per week, cost to build, and time to payback. Ranked by return, not by what's fashionable.

DAYS 11–13 · THE MATH

Cost and payback estimates per build, in dollars and weeks. You'll see exactly why opportunity #1 beats opportunity #4 — and what each would cost to get wrong.

DAY 14 · THE PLAN, DELIVERED

A working session, not a slide deck dropped in your inbox. We walk the plan together: what to build first, what it costs, when it pays back, and what to skip entirely.

What you walk away with

Five deliverables. All yours, whoever builds.

Delivered in writing at the end of week two, walked through together in a working session.

The credit mechanic

The full $2,500 comes off your first build. Decide to proceed and the Roadmap retroactively cost $0. Decide not to, and you own a plan worth more than its price — including the option to take it to another builder. Either way, you can't really lose the money. That's deliberate.

ROADMAP / DELIVERABLES
  • [✓]
Process map of how your business actually runsQuoting, scheduling, invoicing, calls — documented from the people who do it.
  • [✓]
Ranked automation opportunitiesEach one scored on hours saved, cost to build, and time to payback.
  • [✓]
Cost & payback estimate per buildReal numbers. "14 hours a week back," not "dramatic efficiency gains."
  • [✓]
A do-this-first build planScope, timeline, and price for the single highest-return project.
  • [✓]
The honest verdictIncluding "don't automate this" and "buy the $40/month tool instead" where true.
Fit check

Who the Roadmap is for — and who it isn't.

We'd rather you self-select out here than two weeks in.

GOOD FIT
  • [✓]Established businesses — typically $1M–$10M in revenue, 5–50 people.
  • [✓]Running on a mix of spreadsheets, QuickBooks, a CRM, or industry software that doesn't talk to itself.
  • [✓]An owner or manager who can spare about an hour a week during the engagement.
  • [✓]Real operational pain: slow quotes, missed calls, invoice backlogs, re-keyed data, reports built by hand.
NOT YET
  • [—]Pre-revenue startups — you need customers, not automation.
  • [—]Businesses wanting a chatbot because a competitor has one. We build for payback, not optics.
  • [—]Anyone expecting AI to fix a process that's broken on paper first. Sometimes the Roadmap's verdict is 'fix the process, then call us.'
  • [—]Teams that can't give us a single point person. Two weeks of access is the whole method.

The honest-verdict promise. If AI isn't the answer for your business, the Roadmap will say so — in writing, with the math.

About one Roadmap in five ends with us recommending against a build. You'll have paid $2,500 to not waste $25,000. We think that's the best money in this industry.

Before you book

The questions Roadmap buyers ask.

What if AI doesn't actually fit our business?+

Then the Roadmap will say so — in writing, with the math. Some Roadmaps end with "fix the process first" or "a $40/month off-the-shelf tool already does this; buy it." You'll have paid $2,500 to not waste $25,000. We think that's a good trade, and it's why people trust the ones that say "build."

Who owns what you build?+

You do. The accounts, the automations, the documentation — all in your name from day one. If we vanished tomorrow, everything keeps running and any competent shop could pick it up from our docs. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

How disruptive is the build to daily operations?+

About an hour a week. We need one point person for a 30-minute weekly check-in and the occasional question. We build alongside your current process, run both in parallel until the numbers check out, then switch over. Nobody stops quoting jobs because we're in the building.

Why is the Roadmap paid?+

Because free assessments are sales pitches wearing a costume. The Roadmap is two weeks of real diagnostic work, and the plan is yours to take to any builder — including not us. And since the full $2,500 is credited toward your build, it costs nothing if we work together.

INTAKE OPEN · 2 ROADMAPS PER MONTH

Two weeks from now, you could know exactly what to build.

Tell us about your business and we'll confirm fit within one business day. No discovery-call gauntlet.
